The company – a gold sponsor of the event – will host a range of presentations and discussions in the zone, which is located in the Property Technology Live arena at LuxLive.
David Vanbeselaere, global product manager for LED modules, will contribute a talk on how to create a human-centric environment, while Simon den Uijl, global indoor positioning partnership manager, will talk about applications for indoor positioning and how partnerships can help facilitate this.
Philips will also deliver presentations on the Sensor Ready programme and a new emergency lighting portfolio, TrustSight Gen3.
Philips TrustSight Gen3, which comes in a range of manual test, self-test and Dali, can be combined with Philips Xitanium SR drivers and sensors to become a part of a connected ecosystem for controlling, monitoring, testing and reporting remotely.
The driver design is based on Philips’ experience and knowledge in lighting electronics, including Philips Bodine, the North American market leader in emergency lighting for more than 60 years. It was designed in collaboration with customers in key markets such as the UK.
Experts from Philips will be on hand throughout the two-day event to answer customers questions, showing samples and giving demonstrations.
Commercial director Phil Cross, said of Philips OEM’s gold sponsorship of Property Technology Live: ‘It’s a great opportunity for us to talk about the exciting technology that we offer to our partners today. The new emergency portfolio means we now offer partners a full system, and this is a great event to showcase that.’
